GREENSBORO, GA (WSFA) - Top collegiate football coaches and celebrity players are teaming up to compete in the 13th Annual Chick-fil-a Peach Bowl Challenge Golf Tournament on April 28 through April 30.
The tournament will feature pairings that include a current or former university head coach and a celebrity alumnus from the same school to compete for a share of the $65,000 scholarship and charity prize.
This year’s pairing line-up has collective winnings of five Doddy Trophy winners, 12 national championships, 34 Football Bowl Subdivision conference championships and 1,577 career wins.
Alabama Head Coach Nick Saban will be making his 13th appearance this year and will be paired with former running back Mark Ingram to represent the Crimson Tide. Auburn Head Coach Gus Malzahn will be making his seventh appearance and will be paired with former pitcher Tim Hudson to represent the Tigers.
The event will take place at Reynolds Lake Oconee resort outside of Atlanta.
The Peach Bowl Challenge will also be hosting its second annual Legends Tournament that will include eight former coaches who will compete to win a share of $50,000 for the charity of their choosing.

Peach Bowl, Inc. officials say the event has contributed as much as $7.6 million in scholarships and charitable donations since 2007 and has become the most charitable bowl organization for college football.
