
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) - Auburn outfielder Trent Mummey and Troy third baseman Brett Henry have won Gold Gloves.
The honor is given to the best defensive player at each position in Division I by Rawlings and the American Baseball Coaches Association. Winners are chosen by coaches across the country.
just a sophomore, Mummey committed only one error in 56 games with 178 putouts and seven assists Henry is a senior who made just four errors in 166 defensive chances and started nine double plays.
