PINE LEVEL, AL (WSFA) - Montgomery County Sheriff's deputies say two teens have been injured in a 4 wheeler accident.
Sheriff D.T. Marshall says a 16-year-old male was found unconscious just off Spring Hill Road between Ramer and Pine Level Tuesday afternoon
The victim, who hasn't been identified, was airlifted from the scene for medical treatment.
The boy's 14-year-old sister was also hurt, but is expected to be okay.
