Greenville, Ala. (WSFA) -- The Greenville YMCA is going through some changes and the Montgomery YMCA is taking over the facility.
Programs in Butler county are also being evaluated to see if any need to be phased out or added.
Patrons will only notice minor changes right now, including electronic membership card readers. This will also allow members access to facilities in the river region.
Greenville's YMCA split from Montgomery in 2006, but now because of financial reasons it is joining back with Montgomery.
