Overnight crash briefly knocks out power to East Montgomery

Montgomery, AL (WSFA) - A late night crash briefly knocked out the power in part of East Montgomery Friday night.

Police say a driver lost control of his car and slammed into a poll on Taylor Road at Reserve Drive.

Medics took him to the hospital for minor injuries.

Investigators believe alcohol may be to blame for the crash.
