I am a recent addition to the WSFA 12 News team. I was introduced to the team during the summer as a broadcast journalist intern. I finished my internship with WSFA and graduated from Troy University, Troy with a bachelor of broadcast journalism, Magna Cum Laude degree.
I was born and raised here in Montgomery, Alabama.
Becoming a new member of the news team is a honor and dream come true for me. I developed my passion for broadcast journalism during my high school years at Booker T. Washington Magnet High School. Being actively involved in the broadcast media magnet and Troy's school of journalism, I realized my purpose in life was to use my words and actions to better the community in a positve way.
I am a news operational technician/ web producer for Today in Alabama and WSFA.com. My job is totally satisfying and joy to perform daily. My career and life goals are being fulfilled; and I truly feel blessed.
I dedicate my success in life to God, my parents, my twin sister, and my loving grandmother. I am a firm believer that "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
