HARVEST TIME AT OLD ALABAMA TOWN

Come down to Old Alabama Town throughout October as we feature Harvest Time in the 1800s. Join us for tours of the cotton gin and grist mill, and get a first-hand look at farming in the 19th century. Individual self-guided tours offered Monday-Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Guided tours available by reservation only, for groups of 10 or more. Call 334-240-4500 for more information.

LION'S CHILI COOK OFF

10/31 at Riverwalk Stadium. Tickets are just $10, which allows you to sample over 20 contestant's chili, ranging from pork, beef and wild game.  The event starts at 11:00a.m. and will run until they're out of chili.

Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Get a head start on Halloween and carve the most creative pumpkin in your neighborhood! Bring a pumpkin and we'll furnish the artistic guidance and special tools. Completed pumpkins may be displayed at the Museum during the family day, Día de los Muertos, on October 31st.
