BIRMINGHAM, AL (WSFA) - Another 260 Alabama soldiers are on their way to Afghanistan.
The deployment comes just as violence continues to increase in the country.
A group of Birmingham based Army National Guard soldiers said goodbye to family members on Saturday.
They say it doesn't matter how many times you're deployed, it's never any easier
