MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) - Three men have been arrested in connection to a 14-year-old murder case where three men were tied up, robbed and set on fire while staying at a hunting cabin in the Unity Community.

The 1994 attack was referred to as the "Lay Dam Road Murders" and left two of the men dead and the third seriously injured. A Coosa County Grand Jury handed down indictments last week in the case. L.C. Collins Jr. of Gadsden, Ala., Mickie Wayne Collins of Attalla, Ala., and Charles Richard Tooley of Navarre, Fla., were charged with two counts of murder and one count of attempted murder.

The homicide victims were 41-year-old Charles Thomas Anderson and 39-year-old Darell Thomas Coleman, both of Gadsden. Roger Darrell Firestone, of Hokes Bluff, Ala., survived.
