MONTGOMERY, AL – Folks in the market for used vehicles are invited to the Alabama Department of Transportation’s Absolute Public Auction.
The auction takes place Saturday, November 14, beginning at 9am and is located at 537 Traffic Operations Drive in Montgomery.
All types of vehicles including trucks, vans, SUVs, farm tractors, lawn and heavy construction equipment will be sold. Special truck and equipment financing will also be available to qualified buyers.
Potential buyers can view inventory at the ALDOT facility beginning Thursday at 9 a.m. Buyers may also preview items and sign up to bid at www.jmwood.com.
“We appreciate the public’s great support of our auctions,” said ALDOT Equipment Bureau Chief Deborah Clark. “Buyers get great deals while the money generated from the auctions assists ALDOT in purchasing newer equipment for state service.” ALDOT’s last auction, held August 1, brought in almost $3.5 million.
