Breaking Traffic News (updated): Alabama Power confirms electricity has been restored at the intersection of Vaughn Road and Carter Hill Road in Montgomery.
We're told a vehicle hit a pole knocking out electricity to about 1,000 people and the surrounding traffic intersection.
