RAMER, AL (WSFA) - The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene of an accidental shooting in Ramer around 2:30 p.m. today.
When investigators arrived on the scene they found a white female and a white male who appeared to suffering from a gunshot wound.
Both victims were taken to Baptist Medical Center South, one by medial helicopter and the other by ambulance, where they are being treated for non-life threatening injuries. Both subjects are listed in stable condition.
The shooting investigation is ongoing and authorities do not believe alcohol played a role in the shootings.
