PELHAM, AL (WSFA) - A preliminary court date has been set for the suspect in the Pelham police officer shooting.
Bart Johnson is accused of killing officer Phillip Davis Thursday night.
Johnson will go before a Shelby County judge one month from today.
He is charged with capital murder.
Johnson is being held in the county jail without bond.
