Another Murder In Montgomery

Montgomery Police are investigating another murder in Montgomery.

The latest reported in the wee hours of the Monday morning on the city's south side.

Officers were called to what was reported as an auto accident with injury, that was just before 3 Monday morning.

When they arrived they found a man shot to death inside his car.

The victim is 29-year-old Orinthesis Whatley.

Investigators tell WSFA 12 News this was not a random act, and they are following several leads.

    A man in northeast Arkansas and a woman in south central Kentucky both were killed as the storm that also included strong winds, hail and heavy rain that triggered flooding muscled its way through the area, according to authorities.
