
(L) Henry Jarrett (R) Dallas Jarrett Photo Courtesy: Montgomery Police DepartmentMontgomery, Ala. (WSFA) -- Montgomery police are now releasing information on two other suspects they say are involved in an attempted home invastion back on January 21st.
You may recall the botched home invasion in which one suspect, Tavaris Trammer, was shot in the neck and leg after someone shot the homeowner.
On Friday, officials executed a warrant at 2920 Maryland Drive where they took 19-year old Dallas Jarrett into custody. He was charged with Robber 1st Degree and is being held in the Montgomery County Detention Facility under a $60,000 bond.
16-year old Henry Jarrett is charged as an adult with Robbery 1st Degree, but he is not currently in custody. If you have any information on his whereabouts you are asked to call the MPD at 241-2651 or the Secret Witness Hotline at 262-4000.
Witnesses told police they saw the three men kick down the door to a Montgomery man's home.
Montgomery police responded to the shooting in the 2700 block of Cherry Street around and found 22-year-old Tavaris Trammer lying on the floor with gunshot wounds to the neck and leg.
The resident was suffering from a gunshot wound to the arm.
According to MPD spokesman Captain Huey Thornton witnesses reported that the three men kicked in the door, attempted to rob the resident and then shot him
The resident then used a 9mm handgun and shot Mr. Trammer in the neck and leg.
The other two suspects fled the scene, one ran out the front door and the other jumped out a window.
Trammer was taken to Jackson Hospital where doctors say he may be paralyzed from the neck down.
Trammer is also charged with Robbery 1st Degree.
