Butler County, Ala. (WSFA) -- Authorities are investigating a deadly accident outside of Mckenzie.
A Georgiana man is dead and another person was injured after an accident on Alabama 55.
The victim is identified as 25-year old Christopher Boyd.
The passenger, 34-year old Rodney Payton, is recovering at a local hospital.
A Florida man was not injured in the crash.
