Congressman Mike Rogers' Residents Targets of Phone Calls

Posted: Updated:

Many folks in Alabama Congressional District 3 received phone calls from a group urging voters to call Congressman Mike Rogers' office on Friday asking him to vote for the stimulus package.

Rogers did not vote against the bill.

Rogers says he understands the urgency to act, but he believes the bill did not address the short-term need to create jobs or cut taxes for hard working families.

No word what group it was that called the residents.
