    On Tuesday, an Augusta man was indicted. Richard Lyle Timmons, Jr., 29-years-old has been charged and accused on three counts. The first and second include murder and aggravated assault of his wife, 34-year-old Jazna Outlaw Timmons on February 9, 2018.
