MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - A 17-year-old teen was shot and killed helping a wounded victim at a private party on South Court Street last week. Today, Marcus Alloway's family and friends will honor him during his memorial service at the New Life Church of God and Christ on Mobile Hwy at 11:00 a.m. Alloway's mother said, "he had a promising future."
Last week, two teenagers were arrested and charged with his murder.
