Jones in court officially charged in infant's death

We are following new details in the case of a Lee County man charged with killing a 14 month old baby.  Kenneth Jones appeared in court Wednesday and a judge officially charged him with capital murder.  Our news partner WTVM tells us court documents show investigators say Jones admitted throwing the baby boy into the corner of the sofa.  According to investigators, the man said he heard a clunk sound as if it were the baby's head or back hitting the wooden part of the sofa.

Jones has not yet entered a plea.
