Shrimp Napoli

10 white, jumbo peeled and deveined shrimp

1/2 oz. extra virgin olive oil

1/2 oz. sliced medium black olives

2 oz. dry white wine

2 c. marinara sauce

1 oz. sliced sun-dried tomato

1 oz. fresh basil chopped

1 oz. fresh parsley chopped

1/2 oz. fresh sliced garlic

3/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms

Grated Parmigiana Roman Cheese

3 cups Aldente Rigatoni

pinch of crushed red pepper seeds

salt and pepper

Sautee mushrooms, olives, garlic in olive oil. Add shrimp, sautee 2 minutes. Add wine and fresh herbs, salt and pepper to taste and toss. Add marinara. Drain Pasta, Put in pasta bowl. Pour over pasta mixture shrimp etc. Add a pinch of red pepper. Sprinkle grated cheese. Garnish with chopped basil and parsley and serve.
