INGREDIENTS: 1/4 cup salsa 4 7" flour tortillas 1/2 cup shredded reduced fat Monterey Jack cheese 1/2 cup chopped cooked turkey 1/4 can chopped mile jalapeno non-stick cooking spray fat free sour cream
INSTRUCTIONS: Spread salsa on one side of tortilla. Sprinkle cheese, chopped turkey, and jalapenos on top and then fold over. Spray tops and bottoms of quesadilla with buttery cooking spray. Cook in non-stick skiller and cut into triangles. Serve with extra salsa and fat free sour cream.
