Leslie's Favorite Sour Cream Squash Casserole
32 oz of yellow squash out of a can and drained
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded chedder
1 cup parmesen cheese
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup mayo
1 stick butter melted
1 sleeve ritz crackers
mash dained squash with a fork...add all of the other ingredients except the melted butter and ritz crackers....spread in casserole pan. crumble crackers into butter.....and put on top of casserole.....
bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until hot and bubbley...
