Montgomery, Ala. (WSFA) -- Federal investigators are moving forward with a probe into Alabama Attorney General Troy King's office.
Prosecutors subpoenaed records about his travel, purchases and any gifts he might have received while in office. So far, no charges have been filed.
The focus of the investigation is still unclear. Not even Gov. Bob Riley knows the details,"until there is an accusation out there I don't know what the subpoenas are about, I'd rather not comment."
A spokesman for King's office would only say Wednesday they are cooperating with the investigation.
