Five finalists for superintendent job

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - The Montgomery County School Board's search for a new superintendent is down to five finalists. With resumes in hand, the Board has scheduled meetings with each candidate over a two day period in June.

Of the five candidates only two have roots in Alabama. Clay Slagle is the current Chief Operating Officer for the Montgomery Public School system and Fred Daniel Primm, Jr., is the Superintendent of schools for Sumter County.
