Low Fat Crispy Crab Cakes

1- 6oz. package of frozen cooked crab, thawed, drained and flaked

1/2 cup of bread crumbs

2 Tbl. of chopped green onions

2 Tbl. of chopped red pepper

2 Tbl. of chopped green pepper

2 Tbl. of fat free mayo

1/2 tsp. of dry mustard

1/2 tsp. of finely shredded lemon peel

1 egg white

1/8 tsp. of pepper

A hit of hot sauce

Mix all of the above together. Spray saute pan with pam and shape into small patties and saute on each side until crispy and brown.
