AUBURN, AL (WSFA) - The man charged in the murder of an Auburn University student, is back in court.  Courtney Lockhart, his attorneys and the District Attorney's Office looked over 26 motions during a status hearing Wednesday.  Those motions included how and when to test DNA and how Lockhart could review his case while behind bars.

Lockhart is charged with kidnapping and killing Auburn University Freshman Lauren Burke.

The capital murder trial is set for March 29, 2010.  Lockhart's attorneys plan to argue for a change of venue.
