Montgomery bank robbery sentencing

Montgomery, Al (WSFA)- A Montgomery man has been sentenced to 153 months in federal prison for bank robbery and a felon in possession of a firearm. Twenty-eight-year-old Andreas Jejuan robbed a Compass Bank in Montgomery and during his arrest, he fired two-shots at deputies of the United States Marshals Service Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task and was later convicted with a felon in possession of a gun.

Judge Thompson sentenced Smith to 153 months in federal prison with three years parole. Currently he remains in the custody of the United States Marshals Service pending placement by the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Jejuan is not new to the criminal system. He has  prior convictions for Receiving Stolen Property.
