MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - Montgomery Police are searching for a robbery suspect that held up the Family Dollar at 3760 Norman Bridge Rd. on May 24th.

Store employees advised police that a male in his 50's approached the register, pointed to a black semi-automatic handgun in his waistband and demanded money from the register. After the clerks relinquished an undisclosed amount of money, the offender then made the employees get into the store office as he made his getaway.

This suspect is possibly responsible for two additional robberies that occurred at this business recently.

Anyone with information on the identity of this suspect is asked to contact the Montgomery Police Department at 241-2651 or Secret Witness at 262-4000.
