3c.mashed sweet potatoes
1/2c. sugar
1/2c.brown sugar (packed)
1/2c.milk
1/2c.margarine
2 eggs (beaten)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp.cinnamon
Topping:
1c.sugar
1c.chopped pecans
1/2c.flour
2/3stick of butter (melted)
Mix together all ingredients (except for those used for the topping) and place in a 9x12x3 casserole dish. Combine topping ingredients and put on top of potato mixture.
Bake for 35 min. at 350 degrees.
