Ham and Potato au gratin from BillyDee's

Quantity: 6-Quart Dish

2 - Potatoes (1/8th inch slices)

1/2 - Medium Onion (Diced)

1 - Red Bell Pepper (Diced)

1- cup Sweet Peas

1 & 1/2 cups Heavy Cream

1 - lb. Shredded American Cheese

1 - lb. Diced Ham

Salt & Pepper to Season

In the 6-quarty casserole dish, begin with a layer of potatoes. Then add a layer of ham, onion, peas, bell pepper and 1/2 of the shredded cheese.

Add second layer of the above ingredients and top second layer with a final topping of potatoes. Pour heavy cream evenly over final topping of potatoes and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cover with plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Bake in the oven at 350-degrees for 55-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
