New developments in Evergreen's mayoral case

The outcome of the mayor's race in Evergreen is still undecided eight months after the election.  On Monday, a judge ordered attorneys for both sides to submit charts and briefs by June 29th.  Once that is done, the judge could pick the winner or order a new election.

The race pitted incumbent Larry Fluker against challenger Pete Wolfe.  Initial returns had Wolfe by two votes, but when the city council certified the votes, Fluker won by two and Wolfe sued.
