Third murder suspect arrested

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - A murder suspect ran but couldn't hide as police closed in on his location Tuesday.

The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and Montgomery police arrested Samdriquez Hall in the Normandal area.

Hall is one of four suspects accused of shooting and killing a man at an area intersection on June 13.

The 17-year-old ran from authorities but didn't get far. K-9 units found him in a drainage ditch. He's now in the Montgomery County Detention Facility on no bond.

Other suspects in this case include Jemario Mushat, 17, Peter Mungro, 25, and Marvin Gaston, 17.

They are all charged with Capital Murder in the death of  Terrance Ponder and Attempted Murder in the shooting of Steve Arrington.
