WETUMPKA, AL (WSFA) - A jury has found Calvin McMillian guilty on two counts for the murder of Bryan Martin.

The jury returned guilty verdicts for one count of Murder During a Robbery and one count of Capital Murder.

McMillan was found guilty of shooting Martin to death at the Millbrook Wal-Mart parking lot in late August, 2007. The motive - to steal the victim's truck.

Another man, Ron-darrell Williams, pleaded guilty to Felony Murder earlier in the week and took to the stand against McMillan. He could serve 20 years to life for his crime.

There's no word yet on sentencing for McMillan. However, the prosecution says it will seek the death penalty.
