Montgomery, Ala. (WSFA) -- The FEMA offices in Montgomery, Millbrook and Union Springs are now closed, but flood victims can still apply for assistance.
Those wanting to file for individual flood assistance will have to 'call' FEMA to apply at 1-800-621-FEMA.
The offices had been open since last June to give those affected by the May flooding a chance to talk with representatives face to face.
So far, FEMA has approved more than $3.9 million in aid to more than 1,600 people in four counties. That includes over 1,244 people in Montgomery county, 226 people in Bullock county, 112 people in Elmore county, and 100 people in Autauga county.
Again, you can still register for individual assistance, but you have call 1-800-621-FEMA (3362).
