Cheddar Chicken Spaghetti With Crumb Topping

1 pkg. of spaghetti noodles

2 cups of cubed chicken

2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese divided

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup of milk

1 Tbs. of diced pimentos

salt and pepper to taste

1 stick of butter

2 rolls of Ritz crackers

Cook noodles and drain. Combine chicken, cheese (hold one cup out), soup, milk, pimentos and salt and pepper. Add to noodles and toss. Put into baking dish. Melt butter and crumble crackers into the butter and add on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
