State Supreme Court Rules on Wilding Case

Montgomery, AL (WSFA) -  The Alabama Supreme Court issued a ruling on Friday concerning Albert Wilding's bond.

The Supreme Court said the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals' denial of bond was improper, and is directing the Montgomery Circuit Court to set bail for Wilding. The 79-year-old has been in jail since his arrest last August. He is accused of killing his wife 10 years ago.

Judie Wilding's body has never been found. Albert Wilding has pleaded not guilty.
