Stir Fry Skillet Corn

1 Medium red pepper, chopped

1 Tbs. finely chopped jalpeno peppers

1 Tbs. butter

1 1/2 tsp of ground Cummin

1 pkg. of frozen niblet corn, thawed

1/3 cup of minced fresh parsley

In a large skillet saute red pepper and jalapeno in butter until tender. Add cumin...cook for 30 seconds and add corn and parsley. Cook for another 2 minutes.
