Lee Scott Academy Teacher a Class Act

Auburn, AL (WSFA) - If someone spends 30 years doing the same job, it's pretty safe to assume they must really love what they do.   That's definitely the case with Lee Scott Academy 3rd grade teacher Jane Cooley.      "I have such a wonderful class and I think about teaching 24/7," Cooley said.

The person who nominated Ms. Cooley for the Class Act award says she spends each day tirelessly polishing her little stars, and she knows exactly how to meet the needs of each student.    Ms. Cooley says her style has changed through the years.     "After teaching 30 years some things have changed, all this technology doesn't come to me easily, but I learn because the students really enjoy it."

And she really enjoys them.  It shows everyday in the classroom.  Congratulations Ms. Jane Cooley from Lee Scott Academy, you're this week's Class Act.
