Jee Bow Gai - my Asian grilled chicken tenders

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 1 day 20 minutes (time includes marinade time) 

1/2 cup sugar
5 Tbs. soy sauce
1/4 Cup Chinese black bean sauce
1/4 Cup minced onions
1/4 cup choped fresh parsley
3 Tbs. Hoisin sauce
2 Tbs. Dry sherry
2 Tbs. sesame oil
4 tsp. minced fresh ginger
2 tsp. fresh minced garlic
1/2 tsp. five-spice powder
2-3 pounds chicken tenders

1. Mix all ingredients and marinade OVERNIGHT or up to 2 days. Pre-heat grill to high heat and grill until done, approx. 25 minutes.

Servings: 8
Comments: Must marinade and must grill for maximum flavor.
