Montgomery Police looking for robbery suspect

Montgomery, AL (WSFA) – Montgomery Police are asking for your help in tracking down a robbery suspect. 

Friday morning, the Shell Service Station on the Eastern Boulevard was robbed by an unknown black male.

That man assaulted the 37-year-old female clerk, then made off with money from the cash register before fleeing out the back door. 

The clerk suffered only minor injuries.

The Montgomery Police Department is asking the assistance of the public in identifying the robber. 

He is described as a black male, medium complexion, approximately 5’8” in height, 180 lbs, with a small beard and mustache. 

He was last seen wearing a brown leather jacket, white v-neck shirt, blue jean pants, and a white baseball hat.
