Montgomery saddles up a new business

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -  The city saddles up with a new business. Entrepreneur Fredrick Thomas introduce his horses and carriages business to the downtown area.

Thomas can now start his business because last night the city council voted and passed an ordinance to create a business license for horse drawn carriages. Thomas said, "He hopes to have the first ride available downtown during the first or second weekend in December."
