Turkey Glaze
1 small turkey breast
1 cup orange juice
1 cup Yellow Label Syrup
1 T Moore's Teriyaki Sauce
Place turkey in a baking dish. Mix the orange juice and Teriyaki Sauce, and put it in the bottom of the dish. Pour the Yellow Label Syrup over the turkey. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover with aluminum foil and cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove foil last 30 minutes of cooking in order to brown.
Pineapple Casserole
½ stick butter, melted
3 T flour
¾ cup sugar
3, 20 oz. cans chunk pineapple, drained
1 ½ ac. grated cheddar cheese
Ritz crackers
Mix the first 5 ingredients together and top with crumbled ritz crackers. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Stuffed Eggs
10 eggs
½ cup mayonnaise
1 T mustard
¼ Wickles Relish
Salt and Pepper
Paprika
Boil eggs and remove shells. Cut eggs in half and remove yolk. Combine yolk with mayo, mustard, relish and salt and pepper. Re-stuff eggs and sprinkle with paprika.
