ALLYSON RAE'S EGG CASSEROLE RECIPE
Allyson Rae has a special brunch meal she eats with her family every Christmas morning (includes cinnamon rolls!). "Leftovers are hard to come by," she says.
10 slices of white bread, crust removed and cubed
2 cups thinly sliced ham, cubed
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups milk
½ tsp salt
½ tsp dry mustard
Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard together.
In a greased 9x13 pan, layer bread, ham and then cheese
Pour egg mixture over top;
Cover and refrigerate overnight
Bake uncovered at 325 for 1 hour or until center is set. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
