Several civil rights activist visit Montgomery

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - Several major civil rights activists are in Montgomery this weekend to celebrate the 54th anniversary of the Montgomery Bus Boycott.

A Montgomery community mass meeting was held tonight at AME Zion Church on West Jeff Davis Avenue.

A prayer service is tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.  at First Baptist Church at 305 South Perry Street.

The activists will be addressing educational issues.
