Low Fat Lemon Pie

1 package of sugar free lemon gelatin

1- 8oz. of reduced fat cream cheese cubed

1 3/4 teaspoons of sugar free crystal light lemonade drink mix

1 reduced fat graham cracker crust

6 Tbs. of low fat cool whip

Prepare gelatin according to package directions. Refrigerate until almost set....then transfer to a bowl. Add cream cheese and crystal light and beat with mixer until smooth...pour into pie crust and refrigerate over night. Serve with whipped topping and a twist of lemon.
