Vickie's Easy Summertime Pasta Salad

Recipe from Vickie Yeiser of Mt. Sterling, Ky.

Prep Time: 30 min
Total Time: approx. 1 hr 30 mins.

Rotini Noodles (I prefer the pretty colored ones that are flavored with tomato and spinach)
1/2 container of cherry tomatoes
1 large cucumber, peeled, quartered, sliced
8 pieces of bacon
1 bunch fresh broccoli tops
1/2 package of Kraft finely shredded mild cheddar cheese
Kraft Peppercorn Ranch Salad Dressing

1. Prepare noodles according to box directions.........drain in colander and rinse well with cold water until noodles are cool.  Then allow them to drain as you chop the vegetables.

2. Fry the bacon until crispy, drain and then crumble..........or you may buy the Real Bacon Pieces in the jar or plastic container at the grocery and use that.

3. Mix all the veggies and bacon with the noodles in a large bowl.  Add finely cheddar cheese to the salad and mix.

4. Finish with dressing and mix well.  Chill for about an hour.

Servings: Depends on the appetite of your guests
Comments: My family loves this.........it is a fast, easy, and a great meal. ENJOY !!!!!!!

Celebrate warm weather with nature's sweet berries. Simply served with a light dusting of powdered sugar, this dessert is not a sugar overload, because it relies on the natural sweetness of in-season berries.
