LOS ANGELES, CA (WSFA) - A hearing regarding Roman Polanski's long delayed sex case has ended without a ruling.
An appeals court panel of three justices in Los Angeles listened to arguments from both sides on Thursday.
Polanski's attorneys have asked for the 1977 case to be dismissed, citing alleged misconduct by the trial judge.
Prosecutors want the case to proceed.
Polanski faces extradition for fleeing the country just prior to being sentenced for having unlawful sex with an underaged girl in the '70s.
