MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - With the click of a mouse these kids are clicking right along the information superhighway. They couldn't do it without St. James computer teacher Jason Bostic. He's this week's Class Act. "It's exciting to see information they learn in class and they take it home and tell their parents about it," Bostic said.
Bostic is in his 9th year of teaching, but this is his first year teaching a computer class. "I just love working with kids. I've done it all my life, kids camps and stuff, I just love it."
Mr. Bostic works hand in hand with other teachers at St. James. Sometimes he'll use one of their projects, and turn it into one of his projects. The 4th graders had a big project this year. "They just completed a fable project where they wrote a fable. In the computer lab I taught them how to use a scanner, edit pictures, and use a microphone to record their voice."
Their uploading all kinds of information thanks to their high tech teacher, Mr. Jason Bostic, this week's Class Act.
