BARBOUR COUNTY, AL (WSFA) - A Barbour County High School teacher is accused of inappropriate conduct with a student.

37 year-old Marcus Woodham was arrested on Monday, charged with first degree sexual abuse.

Investigators say they are also communicating with the Pike County Sheriff's Department, where Woodham reportedly faced similar allegations while teaching in the Troy City school system.

Woodham is out of jail on bond tonight.
